Thinking again about the hut series

Hut series of paintings has been ongoing for the last year or so. Inspired by the disused wendy house in our garden and reniniscent of the hut series of paintings I made back in the 1990's. Working in distinctive series that relate to subject matter or genre and colour. Hut painting are going to be dark, sinister in some ways. I want to evoke forgotten memories. When painting I am always in diologue with other painters.
